The next edition of Art Eindhoven will take place on February 7 and 8, 2026. Applications can be submitted until October 15, 2025.
Subsequently, the selection committee will compile the selection for Art Eindhoven 2026 from all applications.
STEP 1a - Application
Every artist can apply for Art Eindhoven 2026. This can be done easily by sending the following to info@arteindhoven.nl, preferably via www.wetransfer.com:
– your CV as a PDF
– and a minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 good images of work that is representative of what you want to exhibit during Art Eindhoven.
> Send sharp images as high-resolution JPGs
> Send photos of your artworks without distracting backgrounds
> Ensure a clear, balanced presentation of consistent and coherent work. So don't send “a bit of everything” but present your work to the jury as you would want to display it to the public at the fair.
You will always receive a confirmation of receipt from us. Entries that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
STEP 1b - Paying the ballotage/registration fee
You pay € 71,39 (€ 59,- + 21% VAT) ballotage/registration fee through this form (click on next); after payment your registration is final. In case of negative ballotage this amount will be refunded to you.
In the second half of October, the selection committee will evaluate all applications and choose the final participants for Art Eindhoven 2026. In doing so, the committee also aims for a good balance between the different disciplines.
STEP 2 – Participate
Each positively balloted artist will be personally notified after balloting, no later than early November, and can then effectively book and choose the format of the booth.
The participation costs* are:
- stand 1 x 3 m: € 530,- / 2 x 3 m: € 735,-
- stand 1 x 4 m: € 695,- / 2 x 4 m: € 975,-
- stand 1 x 5 m: € 820,- / 2 x 5 m: € 1,170,-
- stand 1 x 6 m: € 945,- / 2 x 6 m: € 1,350,-
A discount applies for NABK members.
Different stand sizes are possible in consultation with the organization.
* * All amounts are excl. 21% vat. Each participant contributes to the cost of additional promotion and gets publicity (and more) in return. You can choose the package that suits you best, starting at € 95 (an image with your name and website on arteindhoven.nl, name entry on the floor plans for all visitors, a full page presentation in the A6 catalogue and an unlimited number of digital tickets for relations).
Your booth will always have solid walls. Suspension wires and hooks are included in the rental of your booth. If you have stand-alone work, you can place your works in front of the walls, if you wish on pedestals you have brought yourself. Furthermore, the participation costs include: a chair, 2 to 3 spotlights, 2 badges, your name on your stand, and four consumptions.
