Height adjustable documentation table, includes black table cloth. The table top measures 100 x 50 cm, the table can carry a maximum of 12.5 kg.

Bringing your own furniture is not allowed without written permission, with the exception of required pedestals for 3D work. Please note that any additional materials must also be placed within the dimensions of the rented booth (not all or part of it in the aisle).

Additional spotlights (2 spotlights are included in the stand price) including connection € 15,- each. (The organization's recommendation is at least 1 spot per meter for beautiful and well-balanced lighting).

Art Eindhoven will be brought to the attention of potential visitors, art lovers, buyers and collectors with a large marketing and promotional package. Most of the promotional and publicity activities are initiated and carried out by Art Eindhoven. In addition, each participant contributes to the cost of additional promotion and receives publicity (and more) in return. Please choose the package that is most convenient for you.

Promotion package A
- listing of your name and website on the Art Eindhoven website
- the presentation of an artwork of your choice on the website of Art Eindhoven
- a full page presentation in the A6-sized catalogue
- digital entry tickets that you can e-mail to your business contacts without restriction

Promotion package B
- package A plus:
- an artwork of your own choosing on Art Eindhoven's social media
- a work of art of your own choice on the 4 large screens on the exhibition floor, in a loop during opening hours)

2 banners with your artwork:

These banners are used to get visitors in the mood outside and lead them to the entrance, so that your artwork is one of the first things visitors and other people will see.

Insurance to €5.000,- {amount}

Insurance € 15,-

Insure your works at retail value from the time you set up your booth until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The own risk deductible under this insurance is €250.

Maximum insured amount €15,- for each €5.000,- (sales value works of art).
Members of the NABK (Gold or PRO) do not need to purchase this separately, they are insured free of charge through the NABK.

Cancellation protection 5%

With cancellation protection, you avoid a financial setback if you cancel your participation in this art fair. The fee is only 5% of your total cost. Upon registration, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
