Booking exceptions

Suspension wires and hooks are included with your booth rental (please note that your work itself must have a suspension option). If you have 3D work, you can place your works in front of the walls, on pedestals you bring yourself, if you wish. Also included are 1 chair, 2 light spots and 2 badges. Your participation invoice will show you what you have ordered in addition. If that is not enough, order what you further need here.

Table € 25,-

Height adjustable documentation table, includes black table cloth. The table top measures 100 x 50 cm, the table can carry a maximum of 12.5 kg.

Bringing your own furniture is not allowed without written permission, with the exception of required pedestals for 3D work. Please note that any additional materials must also be placed within the dimensions of the rented booth (not all or part of it in the aisle).

Multiple socket € 40,-

You can rent a multiple socket (220 volts).
Playback of images is permitted. Sound playback to maximum speech level is also allowed.

promotionpackage

Promotion Package B € 54,-

Promotion package A is already included in participation and consists of:
- listing of your name and website on the Art Eindhoven website
- the presentation of an artwork of your choice on the website of Art Eindhoven
- a full page presentation in the catalogue that is published in A6 size
- digital admission tickets that you can mail to your (business) contacts without restriction

You can extend this with Promotion Package B:
- package A plus:
- an artwork of your own choosing on Art Eindhoven's social media
- a work of art on the 4 large screens on the exhibition floor, to be chosen by you

Insurance to €5.000,- {amount}

Insurance € 15,-

Insure your works at retail value from the time you set up your booth until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The excess is € 250.

Maximum insured amount per €15,- = €5.000,-(sales value artworks).
Members of the NABK (Gold or PRO) do not need to purchase this separately, they are insured free of charge through the NABK.
